MODIKO® develops a set of practices and processes that aim to meet the well-being of people who are part of our orbit as well as the environment itself. At MODIKO®, we care about the well-being and safety of all employees and partners and provide continuous training and proper working conditions. There are a number of risk factors in the construction sector, and the company is engaged in raising awareness and providing guidance to builders about the MODIKO® system in order to respect occupational health and safety standards. We use products that promote the reduction of energy consumption and natural resources in the construction of our homes, being way ahead of our competitors regarding their current products, with an environmentally friendly energy output.
We also promote the reduction of the consumption of economic resources, either in itself or through our manufacturing processes, transport, application, use and/or disposal. Our houses require little maintenance, thus avoiding complementary consumption of energy, materials or economic resources, such as the replacement of items, cleaning, waterproofing, surface treatments, etc. MODIKO® houses meet the requirements defined by the “Passive House Standard”, internationally recognised as being the most demanding in terms of energy performance of buildings.
