Soon the second phase of construction will be initiated.

Another MODIKO® work successfully completed. The house was built in cooperation with partner Medidas Práticas and is located in Recezinhos – Penafiel.
The house took 4 months to be built and has a gross floor area of 102,40 m2.

The project was custom-designed in accordance with the client’s ideas and details.

Upon delivery of the commissioned project, the client was very happy with the way MODIKO® managed the entire project.
MODIKO® HOUSING IN BARCOUÇO, IN MUNICIPALITY OF MEALHADAAnother MODIKO® housing project has been completed. It was built in Barcouço, in municipality of Mealhada by our partner PES – Proj. Const., LDA.

With modern lines, this villa meets entirely the customer’s needs and will have 104 m².
Also with custom design andT2 typology, anothe rhouse will be built inArcozelo, São Pedro do Sul.
This villa will have a construction area of 100 m² and will be built in the system “closed house” by the franchisee area Téketo® – Modular Construction, Lda.
